Stelios A. Papadimitriou, the honourary president of the "Alexandros A.
Onassis" foundation, died on Wednesday at the age of 75.
An announcement by the Onassis Heart Surgery Centre said that "the
board and all the medical, nursing and administrative staff of the
Onassis Heart Surgery Centre announces with profound sorrow the death
of the Honourary President of the Socially Beneficial Foundation
"Alexandros A. Onassis" and distinguished Greek Stelios A.
Papadimitriou, on November 23 and at 10.38 a.m. as a result of
complications regarding a lung tumor."
