OA to appeal to European Court on Commission ruling
Olympic Airlines has decided to fight the European Commission over its
ruling that the state aid the state carrier received was illegal, by
appealing to the European Court of Justice. Transport and
Communications Minister Michalis Liapis on Monday said that while the
situation is at a difficult stage right now, the government does have a
comprehensive plan to deal with it.
