Mostly fair weather will prevail in the west, while in the north and
center there will be scattered cloud with intermittent showers. Winds
northerly, light to strong. In the north, temperatures will range from
-1C to 12C; in the rest of the mainland from 2C to 15C; and in the
islands from 7C to 16C. scattered cloud in Athens and temperatures
between 6C and 14C. Overcast in Thessaloniki with temperatures from 1C
to 11C.

THE HAGUE (ANA - F. Karaviti) - The "Palace of Peace" at The Hague
hosts the talks for the Cyprus issue on Monday between Cyprus President
Tassos Papadopoulos, Turkish Cypriot community leader Rauf Denktash
with the good offices of United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan
and in the presence of representatives of the three guarantor powers
Britain, Greece and Turkey.
Initially Annan will meet with Papadopoulos and Denktash separately,
while later in the day the there will be a joint meeting. The
representatives of the three guarantor powers are waiting to meet later
on the issue of the island republic's security in the event that the
Papadopoulos and Denktash reach an agreement.
