A tender for the partial privatisation of the Hellenic Aerospace
Industry (EAB) was annulled Friday by the government, after offers
failed to meet financial and other conditions. A new call for tenders
will be issued at a later date, national economy and finance minister
Yannos Papantoniou said.

Panathinaikos Athens beat Lietuvos Rytas of Lithuania 104-83 in a
SuproLeague basketball group one match played in Athens on Thursday
night. Panathinaikos has won three out of five games played and has
eight points.
