Petrolub et DEA
La Commission a autorisé la création, par les entreprises Fuchs Petrolub AG
Oel + Chemie (ci-après dénommée "Fuchs") et DEA Mineraloel AG (ci-après
dénommée "DEA"), d'une entreprise commune dans le secteur des lubrifiants
et des produits antigel. L'entreprise commune produira et distribuera des
lubrifiants automobiles et industriels. Elle distribuera également des
produits antigel.
European Commission authorizes the creation of two joint ventures between
Amoco, Repsol, Iberdrola and Ente Vasco de la Energia
The Commission has approved the creation of two joint ventures, by which
Amoco, Repsol, Iberdrola and Ente Vasco de la Energia will acquire joint
control of two companies which will respectively develop and operate an
electricity plant and a liquid natural gaz regasification plant in the
North of Spain. Both plants will be integrated. The electricity plant
will use the regasified gaz from the regasification plant to generate
electricity, the remaining gas will be distributed through the network of
Gas de Euskadi. The Commission found no reason for concern in either
market.
Commission gives green light to change of control of MSA Acquisitions Co
Ltd, owner of the UK-based 'Roadchef' Motorway Service Area Business
The European Commission has decided to approve an operation by which Nikko
Europe plc ("Nikko Europe"), part of The Nikko Securities Co. Ltd of Japan,
and CS Structured Credit Funds Ltd ("CS"), part of the Credit Suisse group,
acquire joint control of MSA Acquisitions Co. Ltd ("MSA Acquisitions"), the
corporate parent of the 'RoadChef' motorway service area chain in the
United Kingdom.
