    MOSCOW - German Chancellor Helmut Kohl said on Saturday after talks with President Boris Yeltsin he expected to settle differences of opinion with Russia over NATO expansion in the course of this year).

    WASHINGTON - President Bill Clinton has decided to extend the suspension of a law that would allow U.S. citizens to sue foreign companies that have invested in confiscated property in Cuba, U.S. sources said Friday.

    BRUSSELS - The European Commission on Friday welcomed news that the United States will further suspend the introduction of a law allowing Americans to sue foreigners with certain investments in Cuba.
