Cardiology expert Professor Dervis Oral held a news conference to announce the results of the medical checkup Denktash underwent at Ibni Sina Hospital in Ankara. Denktash was also present at the news conference.[02] Yacht regatta to sail into occopied Kyrenia portAccording to HALKIN SESI (21.5.96) the yachts taking part in the 7th East Mediterranean Yacht Regatta will be arriving in the occupied Kyrenia port today.The participating yachts will also go to the occupied Famagusta port on 24 May. Yachts from the Netherlands, Turkey, the UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, France, Denmark, Belgium, Israel, Austria, the USA, Spain, Bulgaria and Switzerland are taking part in the regatta. From the occupied Famagusta port, the yachts will sail to Israel's Haifa, Herzelia and Ashkelom and from there to Egypt's Port-Seid and Isailliga. The Regatta which started on 28 April from Istanbul's Atakoy Marina, will end at the Ismailia port. (M.Y.) [03] "Taek Won Do Championship" in the occupied areaAccording to KIBRIS (21.5.96) the so-called 11th International Taek-Won-Do championship will take place on 25 May in the occupied area.KIBRIS syas that representatives of the teams which will take part in the championship will pay visits to "officials".
