on Cyprus [01] KRETYK, CPC discuss job prospects in gas fieldTraining and future employment of Cypriots in the natural gas industry was discussed between Chairman of Cyprus' Hydrocarbon State Company (KRETYK) Charalambos Ellinas and Director of the Cyprus Productivity Centre (CPC) Dinos Kathijotis.According to a press release, during the meeting Ellinas briefed CPC Director on the latest developments and the two had the opportunity to exchange views on these important issues. KRETYK outlined future needs in qualified personnel which will arise with the start of construction work for the terminal in Vasiliko region in 2016, on behalf of Noble company, and the development of blocks 2, 3, 9 , 10 and 11 by the companies EMI / KOGAS and Total in the next ten years. If no candidate secures this majority, the two candidates to secure most of the votes will go into a run off election.
