Polling stations in the United Kingdom opened at 0800 local time (1000
Cyprus time) for the presidential elections in Cyprus.A total of 13
polling stations are open in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and
Bristol, for 6,124 registered voters.
Polling stations in the UK will close at 1600 local time (1800 Cyprus
time).
[02] Moldavian officials observing Cyprus` presidential elections
Two officials from Moldavia`s Election Service are in Cyprus to gain
good practices from Cyprus` presidential elections.
From the Ministry of the Interior, the Moldavian officials, Corneliou
Pasat and Alexandru Simionov, will be traveling to polling stations
across Cyprus.
Furthermore, two observers from the OSCE are at the Nicosia District
Office.
