[01] Bank of Cyprus AGM set for September 10
The Bank of Cyprus has announced that its Annual General Meeting will
take place on September 10, at 16.00 hrs local time (13.00 GMT).
On the day a new Board of Directors will be elected and their fee will
be determined, a Bank of Cyprus press release says.
Despite the fact that the review of the Bank's consolidated financial
statements is included in the agenda, it will be proposed that they be
reviewed at another extraordinary AGM which will take place no later
than the end of November.
