[01] PACE RAPPORTEUR - CYPRUS
The international community will support Cypriots to unify their
country, Rapporteur of the PACE Political Affairs Committee on the
situation in Cyprus, Joachim Horster, said today.
Speaking after a meeting with President of the Republic of Cyprus,
Dimitris Christofias, Horster said that now it is time to move forward
in the Cyprus issue after the last changes in Cyprus and the T/c
community.
He also noted that he is on a fact finding mission and that he met a
big number of important people in order to to hear their opinion, to
get their advices, to learn how the political climate on this island
is.
