Marcoullis will hold talks with her Finnish counterpart Ilka Kanerva, with whom she will discuss bilateral relations, EU enlargement, the European prospect for the Balkans and Kosovo.

They will discuss the European Security and Defence Policy, matters concerning the OSCE, over which Finland is presiding this year, cooperation in the Mediterranean and the latest developments in the Cyprus problem.

In Helsinki Marcoullis will meet with Minister for Immigration and Europe Astrid Thors, as well as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee Pertti Salolainen.

After her visit to Finland, Marcoullis will fly to Estonia, where on February 1 she will be received by President Toomas Henrik Ilves and Prime Minister Andrus Ansip.

She will hold talks with her Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet, with whom she will examine bilateral relations and other issues, such as EU enlargement, the European prospect for the Balkans, Kosovo, cooperation in the Mediterranean, the European Security and Defence Policy, the Lisbon Treaty and the Cyprus problem.

During her stay in Estonia, Marcoullis will visit Metropolitan Bishop of Tallin and All Estonia Stephanos. She will also attend a dinner hosted by the Chairwoman of the Estonia-Cyprus Parliamentary Friendship Group Vilja Savisaar.
