[01] SALAMIS GLORY - RETURN OF PASSENGERS
Cypriot passengers of the cruise liner ``Salamis Glory``, which
collided Thursday night off the northern port of Haifa with an Israeli
freighter, returned back home safely Saturday.
The 148 passengers flew home on a Cyprus Airways aircraft and arrived
at Larnaca airport at 0200 local time.
None of the 500 passengers and crew of the Cypriot cruise ship has
suffered injuries as a result of the collision. Israeli forces have
recovered the bodies of two crew members who went missing after the
``Shelly`` cargo vessel sank, following Thursday`s collision. The
remaining 11 members of the crew were rescued.
