Cypriot tennis player Marcos Baghdatis won Wednesday with 2-0 set
Spanish Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo in the framework of the second round of
the Qatar tennis tournament.
Baghdatis, seeded 12th in the world ranking, and 3rd in the Qatar open,
beat Hidalgo, 57 - seeded in the world ranking with 6 - 2 and 6 0
set.
Tomorrow the Cypriot tennis player will play against Swedish Robin
Sonderling, 25 seeded in the world ranking and 6th seeded in the Qatar
open.
Last Monday, Baghdatis reached the second round of the Qatar Open with
a hard-fought 6-4, 7-5 win over German Philipp Kohlschreiber.
