    Dear Friends,

On my departure today from the Cyprus News Agency, I wish to thank you warmly for your cooperation over the last six and a half years of my tenure as Director of the news agency.

I especially thank you for the trust you have shown in CNA, its staff and its services, grading its reliability as very high.

I also thank you for your suggestions for improvements, and for your criticism about CNA's services, which has helped us become - hopefully - a better news agency.

I wish you all the best in your careers and lives; I kindly ask you to offer the new Director of CNA the same level of support, for the benefit of the media that CNA serves and an informed public opinion.

    Sincerely, Themis Themistocleous
