Risk an isolated shower over mountain areas, on Saturday afternoon. Gentle sea breezes will generally be blowing in the mornings, while moderate and locally over the south fresh southwesterly to westerly winds, will prevail in the afternoons. Gentle, mainly katabatic winds will gradually develop overnight. Maximum temperature 37-38C inland, 32-33C over the south and east coasts, 29-30C over the west and north coasts, and 28-29C over Prodromos area. Minimum temperature 22-24C inland and over the coasts and 20-21C over Prodromos area. Outlook for Sunday and Monday: 31/07/2005 to 01/08/2005 No significant change is expected. Risk an isolated shower over mountai areas in the afternoons. Sea temperature: 24-27oC with the lowest temperature over the West and North and the highest over the South and East. The representatives of EU member states stressed the European prospects of countries of southeastern Europe and referred to the great efforts undertaken by these countries to satisfy the necessary conditions for accession to the EU. Speaking after a meeting of the two parties delegations at DISY headquarters here, DISY leader Nicos Anastasiades noted that the Annan plan remains the base for negotiations, while RTP President Ferdi Sabit Soyer did not exclude the possibility for the Turkish Cypriots to accept changes in the UN - sponsored plan as long as they dont affect the T/C rights.
