Nicosia, Feb 7 (CNA) - Cypriot member of the European Commission on Health and Consumer Protection Markos Kyprianou said today that accession negotiations take place with all the member states and thus Turkey has to ''reach agreement with each one individually.''

Budapest, Feb 7 (CNA) - Hungary's President Ferenc Madl said that a just, viable and functional solution to the Cyprus problem should provide for the withdrawal of the Turkish troops from the island and restore the human rights, the rights of the refugees and secure the implementation of human rights according to international rules.

Madl made the statement during an official dinner given at the Sandor Palace in honour of President Tassos Papadopoulos who completed his first day in his official visit to Hungary.
