Cyprus raises Turkey's obligations with Solana

Brussels, Nov 3 (CNA) Cypriot Minister of Foreign Affairs George
Iacovou met today with Secretary General of the Council of Ministers
and High Representative for the EU's Common Foreign and Defence Policy
Javier Solana, with whom he raised Turkey's obligations under the
Copenhagen political criteria, regarding the recognition of the
Republic of Cyprus and the withdrawal of Turkish occupation troops from
the island.
