Cyprus EU Commissioner on EU's budget surplus for 2003
Nicosia, Jul 3 (CNA) -- Cyprus EU Commissioner Markos Kyprianou
stressed the importance of the net budgetary surplus of the Union's
budget accounts for 2003.
Reacting to the final budget figures, Commissioner Kyprianou said that
a budgetary surplus in 2003 translates into real savings for the EU
member states this year regarding their budget contributions.
