Cyprus satisfied with European Council conclusions
Larnaca, Mar 22 (CNA) -- Brussels European Council conclusions on
Cyprus are very satisfying and indirectly, albeit clear, blame the
Turkish Cypriot side for the collapse of the UN-led peace talks in The
Hague, Foreign Minister Giorgos Iacovou stressed here today.
Speaking to the press at Larnaca Airport on his arrival from Brussels,
Iacovou said the Brussels Summit had a special meaning, since ''it was
the last we attended as an acceding country that is briefed but has no
right of speech''.
