The committees, comprising legal experts from both sides, are to study international treaties and legislation that will be in force, if and when a comprehensive settlement is reached to the Cyprus problem. ''The technical meetings should go ahead in parallel with the ongoing political negotiations,'' Robert Dann, an aide to the UN Special Adviser for Cyprus, Alvaro de Soto, told UN Radio.
