Nicosia, Feb 1 (CNA) -- Bilateral relations between Cyprus and Britain have moved from enmity to "close and familial ties" and are set to become even closer as the two countries become future partners in the European Union, Government Spokesman Michalis Papapetrou said here today, and described Britain a "stakeholder in Cyprus" with special responsibilities.
