Opening today's special day, Acting Deputy Representative of the UN Secretary General and Chief of Mission Zbigniew Wlosovicz said he was very pleased to see the people getting together, pointing out that "this year there is added meaning to the celebration since the recently announced award of the Nobel Peace Prize to the UN and the Secretary General Kofi Annan."
