Nicosia, Jul 30 (CNA) - The Meteorological Office at Larnaca International Airport has issued the following weather forecast for Cyprus:

Tuesday and Wednesday: 31/7/2001 to 01/8/2001

Ôhe weather will be mainly fine and relatively humid. Overnight, mist or fog, as well as low cloud, are expected to form in many areas.

Moderate locally fresh sea breezes will prevail during the day, while light to gentle, mainly variable winds, will blow overnight.

The state of the sea will be slight, but locally up to moderate in the afternoons, over the south coasts.

Maximum temperature 37-38C inland and 30-33C over the coasts. Minimum temperature between 21 and 23C.

Outlook for Thursday and Friday: 02/8/2001 to 03/8/2001

No change in the weather is expected. Maximum temperatures will fall slightly.

Sea Temperature: 27C
