    [01] Cyprus Foreign Minister - Egypt

    Nicosia, Oct 20 (CNA) -- Cyprus Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides leaves for Cairo this afternoon for a two-day official visit, at the invitation of his Egyptian counterpart Amre Moussa.

    Kasoulides will convey a personal message from President Glafcos Clerides to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

    The two ministers will discuss bilateral relations and regional problems.

    An agreement for the promotion and protection of investments will be signed.

    The minister will be accompanied by Dinos Papadopoulos, President of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, who will sign a memorandum between the Cyprus and Egyptian Stock Exchanges with his Egyptian counterpart.
