DOBOJ - Serbian Minister of Relations with Serbs out of Serbia Milorad Mircic said in Doboj that the Serbia Government of people's unity anticipated in its programme closer cooperation with Serbs out of Serbia and RS was not considered a Diaspora. Speaking about goals of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) he said that its most significant goal was creating of a united Serbian state which would include RS, Serbia and Montenegro.

BRCKO - No serious incident happened in the last six months within multiethnic police in Brcko, between policemen of different nationalities - said for SRNA chief of the Police station in Brcko Teodor Gavric. The last six month were marked with a hard work on imposing of multiethnic police patrols in the city and police operates according to the order of a supervisor Robert Farrand with 230 policemen - 120 of Serbs, 90 Muslims and 20 Croats.

BELGRADE - Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic had talks in Belgrade with Deputy Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Nikolaj Afanisejevski - Serbia Radio-Television reports. "Russia supports efforts made by FRY and Serbia for peaceful solving of the Kosovo crisis", is said in the announcement from the meting. Joint belief was emphasised that through a political process adequate solutions were to be found in interest of all citizens and all national communities who live in the region.

PRISTINA - Deputy Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Nikolaj Afanisejevski and the U.S. Ambassador to the UN Richard Holbrooke started talks with ethnic Albanian leader Ibrahim Rugova. Before the talks Holbroooke told to the press that the visit was a sign of a close cooperation between the U.S. and Russia in solving of the Kosmet crisis.

BERLIN - Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren said for SRNA after the Conference in Berlin organised by Wertesman foundation that "solution for the Kosmet problem could not be found, and there was not a wish for peaceful and democratic means, dialogue and agreement, to be found." "Situation in Kosmet is vary bad and is getting worse every day" - said the Bishop. In his opinion "no problem of Serbian people can be solved under the regime and political leadership that rules the country for 10 years now".

BERLIN - Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren said at the international gathering in Berlin "Advancing of Europe" that the project of the EU, from the Gospel point of view, has it faults regarding its aim and using of means. "Christianity must not be characterised with ruler's tribalism what minority nations brings to the unequal position" - said Mr. Artemije.

VIENNA - The Liberal Forum asked from Austrian Government for a plan of action for Kosovo and Metohija which would take into consideration danger in that region. "The Kosovo problem is the first examination for Austria, presiding of the EU from July 1st, and it will show whether there is joint security and foreign policy within the EU" - said spokeswoman of the Liberal Forum Martina Gredler.

ATHENS - In spite Europe's disapproval the U.S. does not give up the idea of overcoming the Kosovo crisis through negotiations between official Belgrade and Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic and members of the ethnic Albanian terroristic organisation "Kosovo Liberation Army" - Greek Radio Sky reports. Americans put all their efforts to provide for ethnic Albanians equal participation in negotiations.

SOFIA - With breakdown of FRY and increased interest of great powers in countries that surrounds it, Bulgaria becomes the most interesting for spying organisations, and Sofia a spy centre of the Balkans - says that Bulgarian paper "168 hours". From the U.S. Embassy in Sofia operations are taken in the U.S. residencies in Serbia, especially in Kosmet, Albania, RS and FB&H and other neighbouring countries.

SARAJEVO - Governor of the Middle Bosnia canton Adnan Terzic warned that frequent incidents in the region have blocked the announced return of refugees - Muslim Radio in Sarajevo reports. Because of such bad situation in that canton President of the FB&H Government depart yesterday for Travnik.

PRISTINA - A group of ethnic Albanian terrorists attacked around 4:00p.m. with the automatic weapons, Serb houses in the village of Belica near Istok, the Media Centre in Pristina announced. Local inhabitants were overcoming the attacks while the police unit had arrived and dispersed the terrorists.

PRISTINA - Ethnic Albanian terrorists attacked again around 4:00p.m. with the automatic weapons and bazookas the police checkpoint near the place of Rakos near Istok, on the Pec-Kosovska Mitrovica road.

PRISTINA - Groups of ethnic Albanian terrorists kidnapped on July 4th at 7:00p.m. Krsto Jevtic,1979, Dejan Jevtic, 1979, from the village of Movljani and Stanko Stankovic from the village of Recani in the Suva Reka Municipality - Media Centre in Pristina announced. According to the same source the three of them were keeping the cattle near the village of Movljani.

Holbrooke said that they have come to Kosmet in order to, "above all, express their support to Rugova, as a leading man in the the political life of Kosovo, and his efforts to discover a peaceful solution for the conflict, with no violence".
