DOBOJ - The presiding of the Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Aleksa Buha assessed not holding the Special session of RS National Assembly as unseen scandal and not respecting the elementary norms and obligations in behaviour of parliamentary parties. If we agreed few days ago to hold a session and if the president of Assembly have scheduled it, than elementary honour orders someone to come and say what in scheduling the session was bad and to come out with attitude towards two delegate clubs - SDS and SRS /Serbia Radical Party/, who demanded holding of the special session, said Mr. Buha. DOBOJ - If in power remain the current electoral rules, SRS most probably will not participate at elections in September, stated at the press conference in Doboj the president of SRS of RS Nikola Poplasen. At the conference held after the president of National Assembly of Republika Srpska Dragan Kalinic stated that the special parliamentary session will not be held because of the lack of quorum, Poplasen presented the stance of radicals that it is nonsense to come out at elections with current electoral rules and announced that he will propose boycott to the organs of the Party and stepping out of the electoral process. BANJA LUKA - Commenting the special session of National assembly of RS, which was not held because of lack of quorum, the High Representative of international community Carlos Westendorp said that it "was not the session of parliament of RS, but a party meeting, and political parties can meet wherever they wish". SIPOVO - The UN High Representative for Refugees Sadako Ogata talked in Sipovo with the representatives of the municipal authorities, stressing that this place will get substantial financial aid. In talks was mentioned the issue of Serbian refugees from Federation B&H /FB&H/, local Serbian population and issue of Moslems from all regions. SARAJEVO - the red cross of RS from this year will return this year to the traditional activities, paying mostly attention on youngsters, voluntary donations in blood and development of the organisation - stated the president of the organisation Ljiljana Zelen-Karadzic. the programme of work of our organisation is ambitious, but financial resources still cannot cover all that is planned" - said Mrs. Zelen-Karadzic after the second regular session of the Assembly of Red Cross of RS. The student prorector of the University in Banja Luka Drazen Brdjanin, in the statement for SRNA, conveyed the principled stance of the Association of students that as a sign of protest for frequent arresting citizens of RS they did not want to go to sarajevo, although French Embassy guaranteed security for them. SRPSKO GORAZDE - On the main crossroads on the roads passing through Serbian Gorazde and neighbouring Cajnice are noticed the strengthened patrols of SFOR soldiers, and that is done without the usual announcement.
