According to his words, "Jews remained and survived together with Serbs in the most difficult and fateful times, and assistance given then to Serbian people is immeasurable, for what RS Government particularly thanks to Jewish community".

DOBOJ - The rabbi of all Jews in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/ Josef Mordehaj wished last night to all people, on the festivity of Freedom holiday of Jewish people - Purim in Doboj, to have equal freedoms and rights - regardless race, faith and nation. After religious service in the house of Jewish municipality, in congratulation to all Jews in the Association of Serbian- Jewish friendship in Doboj Mordehaj said that "every man should live with the deep conviction and wish that, along with faith in God, he has obligation to build honest and just human freedoms, what is inviolable right of man".

TREBINJE - The president of Union of Syndicates of RS Cedo Volas stated yesterday in Trebinje that this organisation was received into the European confederation of syndicates and that the application was submitted for acceptance into the world confederation of free syndicates. According to Mr. Volas, in Sarajevo was signed the protocol bout cooperation with syndicates in FB&H, and it will be carried out through parity commissions/ He stressed that the priority task of the Union of syndicates of RS is attempting to use more rationally the economic capacities, full employment of workers and expansion of production.

PRISTINA - The president of Democratic Union of Kosovo in the group Three plus Three Fehmi Agani stated that he does not believe that anybody from Albanian representatives will respond on the call of the Government of Serbia for negotiations about solving the Kosovo issue, report agencies. He explained that the leaders of Kosovo Albanians will not respond to the call "because Albanian side insist on talks about status of Kosovo and not human rights issue".

AMSTERDAM - The international crisis group for Balkans suggested the world centres of power to be more persistent and aggressive in pressure on Belgrade on the occasion of crisis in Kosovo. . Welcoming the conclusions of Contact Group, this organisation in its last announcement insists on increasing direct threats to president of FRY Slobodan Milosevic, what is, as stated, most sure mean to compel Belgrade to give Kosovo wide autonomy.

BELGRADE - The vice-president of Government of Montenegro Predrag Drcun warned that introducing the punitive measures of Contact Group would produce complete economic collapse in FRY and expressed the conviction that Government of Serbia will accept to make agreement with Albanians from Kosovo in order to avoid that. In the statement for Belgrade's daily "Blic" Drecun said that Montenegro would not have much benefit from exemption of sanctions because it would be subjected to the pressures from Serbia to avoid international control, what would produce further rise of tensions between two republics.
