Stressing that the changes in General Staff were done in most sensitive moment and in new circumstances which require new people, the president of Republic thanked to former chief of Staff for all that he has done on reorganising and unity of army in crisis moments, and wished much success to general Talic in the coming period.BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic received in Banja Luka Diane Marlo, the Canadian minister for international cooperation, who announced intervening donation of Canadian Government for RS budget amounting one million of Canadian dollars. Thanking for understanding for difficult economic situation in the Republic and wish for improvement of democratic processes, Mrs. Plavsic stressed that Canada significantly participate in funds of Donors' conference, helping budget, and is interested for other problems too. TREBINJE - The premier of RS Milorad Dodik stressed in Trebinje that opening RS towards the world is the condition and only chance for its prosperity. Addressing the economists of municipalities of Trebinje and Ljubinje, he informed them about activities of Government and warned that no any individual represents state, but its institutions do. "This Government is committed for work and will help to those enterprises which have arrangements for export" - stressed Dodik and added that "the rule of new government is creating rich man, and the way to achieve that is the correct work". We are here to clarify all objections that Government is not interested for this part of republic and encourage and support people in their attempts for better living and to continue with all commenced investments - stated today in Trebinje premier of RS Milorad Dodik.
