BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic received in Banja Luka Diane Marlo, the Canadian minister for international cooperation, who announced intervening donation of Canadian Government for RS budget amounting one million of Canadian dollars. Thanking for understanding for difficult economic situation in the Republic and wish for improvement of democratic processes, Mrs. Plavsic stressed that Canada significantly participate in funds of Donors' conference, helping budget, and is interested for other problems too.

TREBINJE - The premier of RS Milorad Dodik stressed in Trebinje that opening RS towards the world is the condition and only chance for its prosperity. Addressing the economists of municipalities of Trebinje and Ljubinje, he informed them about activities of Government and warned that no any individual represents state, but its institutions do. "This Government is committed for work and will help to those enterprises which have arrangements for export" - stressed Dodik and added that "the rule of new government is creating rich man, and the way to achieve that is the correct work". We are here to clarify all objections that Government is not interested for this part of republic and encourage and support people in their attempts for better living and to continue with all commenced investments - stated today in Trebinje premier of RS Milorad Dodik. After the meeting with representatives of municipalities Trebinje and Ljubinje and visiting water ban Grancarevo near Trebinje, the facilities of Hydro- power plants on Trebisnjica river expressed his satisfaction because all heard requirement are real and feasible, along with joint arrangements.

SARAJEVO - The president of National Assembly of RS /NA RS/ Dragan Kalinic scheduled the Fourth session of NARS for March 14, 1998 in Banja Luka, and on agenda, as announced will be will be 37 items, including Draft of the Budget for 1998 and numerous legal acts and information, In the announcement from the Cabinet of president of NA RS is stated that the majority of delegate clubs agreed that the Fifth regular session of NA RS would be held in Serbian Sarajevo in April.

SARAJEVO - The Canadian minister for international cooperation and Francophony Diane Marlo, in his and the behalf of minister of Foreign affairs of Canada Lloyd Ackswothy, announced in Banja Luka that this state will provide the aid to new Government of RS. "Newly formed RS Government expressed its commitment to implementation of Dayton Agreement, which represent the positive step towards building permanent peace in B&H" - said Mrs. Marlo and added that "Canada, in conformity with other members of international community, is ready to support the attempts of Government".

BIJELJINA - MUP of RS sent the invitation to the members of Government, workers of state organs and institutions, and especially to workers of the Ministry who in any way have or wield passenger or transportation cars and registered for MUP to return it immediately and latest for three days in the seat of MUP in Bijeljina.

BRCKO - The U.S. non-governmental organisation for urgent aid for B&H delivered to Brcko the humanitarian shipment containing 230 beds and 3,000 sleeping bags value 200,000 DEM.
