KRAGUJEVAC - The RS President Biljana Plavsic stated that Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic were symbolising righteous struggle of Serbian people. "Every man has a right to make his own decisions without pressure, and that includes Mladic and Karadzic", said Biljana Plavsic adding that RS Constitution forbids extradition" - said RS President in an interview for TV Kragujevac.

BRATUNAC - In accordance with an agreement with the RS Minister for Refugees and Displaced persons Miladin Dragicevic, municipal authorities delivered to relevant services all projects for housing construction for 1, 061 refugees from seven collective centres.

BELGRADE - The FRY Ambassador to Croatia Veljko Knezevic warned that the situation in the region of Srem-Baranja (SBO) was getting worse emphasising that the whole diplomatic corps in Zagreb agrees with his opinion. In the next six months Serbs from Croatia should get an answer on issue of citizenship, said Knezevic for Radio B-92.

BELGRADE - The President of the Independent Democratic Party Vojislav Stanimirovic said that the quite and continuous exodus of Serbs from SBO was continuing. In the region of SBO no concrete action has been taken and Serbs will leave the National Board for Peace Establishing unless situation is to get better by March 15 , said Stanimirovic for Radio B-92.

BELGRADE - The President of the Documentary - Information Centre "Veritas" Savo Strbac said that Serbs who had returned to Croatia have been ordered to report for military service in Croatia although they served their military obligation within Yugoslav People Army (JNA) - said Strbac for SRT, studio in Banjaluka.
