James Ruben announced that the State Secretary Madeleine Albright "felt

emphasised that official Washington has positively assessed promise of the
RS Prime Minister that 70,000 of refugees would be able to return in RS
before September, and that all accused of war crimes would be tried before
the Hague war crimes tribunal.
ZVORNIK - The Minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons of RS Miladin
Dragicevic confirmed attitude of the RS Government that none of refugees
and displaced persons had to move out from buildings in which they are

current political situation in B&H" in Zvornik.
BANJALUKA - The RS Minister of Defence General lieutenant colonel Manojlo
Milovanovic called all citizens to hand over all armament in the legal term.

Then it would be decided what to do with it", appealed the Minister of
Defence, emphasising that all war material have to be placed in military
storehouses.

international support will have on realisation of the new Government's
programme hangs in the balance", Grubber said for the Belgrade's daily.
