SARAJEVO - The president of the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Milorad Dodik talked in sarajevo with the presiding of the Presidency of B&H Alija Izetbegovic about the case of Goran Vasic, report media in Sarajevo, not stating whether they reached the concrete agreement. At the meeting,which attended also the president of Government of Federation B&H /FB&H/ Edhem Bicakcic, was talked about inter-entity cooperation, expressing the mutual interest for these meetings to be more frequent.

BANJA LUKA - The minister for refugees and displaced persons of RS Miladin Dragicevic warned in Banja Luka that RS authorities will not allow forcible moving Serbian refugees from houses and apartments in order to replace them with returnees, because the Serbs would again become residents of collective accommodation centres. At the press conference, together with deputy High Representative of international community Hans Schumacher and minister for refugees of FB&H Rasim Kadic - who in the last two days visited Drvar, Bosanski Petrovac, Mrkonjic Grad and Sipovo - Dragicevic stressed that adequate conditions for accommodation refugees and displaced persons must be provided.

SARAJEVO - The office of ICRC from Pale announced that in organisation of this association in Sarajevo from February 22-27 will be held the conference about the coordination and warnings about the danger from mines. According to the assistant of counsellor of the Programme for warning on the danger from mines of the Office of ICRC Dragana Ivanovic, this programme consists of four parts: mass-media campaign and informing population, volunteering of members of RC who takes care about mines, and collecting data about victims of mines and school programme which is conducted by the ministries of education.

SARAJEVO - The Association of students in Serbian Sarajevo condemned the arresting of Goran Vasic committed by FB&H police. "We think that this event could result in unforeseeable consequences for stabilising peace and improving freedom of movement in the region of Sarajevo and whole B&H", is said in the announcement forwarded to SRNA.

SREBRENICA - The representatives of the parties which have representatives in Municipal Assembly of Srebrenica - Serbian Democratic Party, Serbian Radical Party and Coalition for whole and democratic B&H at the meeting did not reach the agreement about allocation of posts in municipal parliament.

NEVESINJE - The president of Municipal Assembly /SO/ Nevesinje Bosko Buha informed the deputy High Representative for civil affairs sector South Martin Garrod about the hard economic situation in this Hercegivinian municipality. At the meeting was jointly concluded that international community could help in solving numerous problems with which the inhabitants of Nevesinje are faced every day.

BRCKO - In Brcko was held the establishing assembly of Association of Banks of RS which comprises 14 banks and Post Savings. At the session is adopted the Statute of Association, elected Steering Board of assembly, comprised of representatives of seven banks, and they decided on forming expert boards from five fields: credit-monetary policy, economic relations with abroad, legal affairs, work with citizens and board for calculators and informatics.
