Expressing his expectations that Brcko would remain within RS, "because otherwise the new Government would hardly survive", the Prime Minister Dodik warned at a press-conference that neuralgia points which could provoke tensions must no longer exist in B&H. Dodik cited as an example Gorazde, which had belong to B&H Federation (FB&H) and is not controversial any more. "If Brcko remains within RS, than we could prove that we are observing the Dayton Agreement in practice", concluded the president of RS Government, who has been given great publicity by Austrian media.DOBOJ - Director General of "RS Railway (Zeleznica RS)" Marinko Kontic stated in Doboj that establishing of traffic across inter-entity boundary lines (IEBL) was certain, and activities on forming of common corporation of railroad companies of RS and FB&H would be completed. "Signing of memorandum of understanding on transportation and communications of RS and FB&H certainly means that linking of railroads in B&H and Europe is near", emphasised Kontic. He also said that in the first phase of implementation of this agreement, i.e. during this month, is included establishing of cargo transport, and after that of passenger traffic. BRUSSELS - His Holiness bishoup Dabrobosanski metropolitan Mr. Nikolaj, Vrhbosanski cardinal Vinko Puljic, head of Muslim community Mustafa Ceric and head of Jewish community in B&H Jakob Finci emphasised in Brussels in talks with the commissar of European Commission (EC) Hans van den Bruck a moral obligation of their joint performing in B&H. As it is learnt from sources in EC, four religious representatives delivered to Hans van den Bruck "A letter of intentions", consisting their plans in the framework of the newly founded Inter-Religious Council for Securing of "the moral aspect of the Dayton Agreement". SRBINJE - In the framework of implementation of the Dayton Agreement three- weeks' training and testing of members of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) began in municipalities of Srbinje, Kalinovik, Trnovo, Cajnice, Srpsko Gorazde, Visegrad and Rudo. BELGRADE - A protest gathering as a symbol of support for Serbian prisoners in Croatian jail Solin near Split, who have gone on a hunger strike on February 8, was held in organisation of the Association of Serbs from Croatia in front Embassies of USA, Croatian and Germany. A letter from captured Serbs, in which they are warning about difficult position and demanding amnesty or transferring of their cases to jurisdiction of International War Crimes Tribunal in Hague, was delivered to representatives of these Embassies. PODGORICA - Commissariat for displaced persons of Montenegro Government and a Swiss humanitarian organisation "Help to the ones in trouble" founded an office for offering free legal help to refugees. "The main task of the Office will be offering free legal help to refugees, exiled and displaced persons, as well as domestic inhabitants who have accepted these people. Issues of citizenship, status and old-age and disability benefits will also be discussed", said the commissar of Commissariat Djordje Scepanovic. PARIS - RS president Biljana Plavsic held a lecture "RS after the parliamentary elections" at French Institute for International Relations, by which two-day's visit to France has been officially finished. In talks with French president Jacques Chirac she presented strong convictions that RS would continue to cooperate with the international community and carry out the Dayton Peace Accord. The president Plavsic reminded Chirac that the process of opening of RS toward the world would not progress easily without economic help. SARAJEVO - Citizens of Srpsko Sarajevo, who are protesting in Lukavica because of last week's intrusion of FB&H police into RS and arresting of Goran Vasic, will not give up until he was released and delivered to Serbian authorities - is emphasised in a statement of the Protestant Board. The statement, in which immediate releasing of Goran Vasic is being demanded, has been forwarded to the Special Representative of UN Secretary General for B&H Elizabeth Rehn, IPTF Headquarters and co-presiding of B&H Council of Ministers Boro Bosic. Member of the Protestant Board asked Elizabeth Rehn to speak to them and explain how she thinks to secure safety of citizens of Srpsko Sarajevo, who are afraid of massive arrests after implementation of the new licence plates. BELGRADE - Momcilo Mandic, the director of Commercial Bank of Sarajevo, which main branch office is in Belgrade, assessed that Yugoslav dinars, as means of payment, were not going to be withdrawn from circulation in RS. "Dinar is not going to be withdrawn from circulation, because an agreement on special parallel relations with FRY has been signed, and because FRY is exporting many of its products through RS", stated Mandic. BELGRADE - Most of Serbian political parties are blaming Socialist Party of Serbia because the Government of Serbia has not been formed, not even after five months since holding of the parliamentary elections, citing that the Socialists do not want to share power with no one. The deputy president of Serbian Radical Party Tomislav Nikolic sees the only way out from current position in a parliamentary elections, which should be organised as soon as possible. BELGRADE - Internationalisation of issue of Kosovo could only damage Serbia, is a joint assessment of Serbian politicians and political scientists in SRNA inquiry of need for international community to be involved in solving of problems in Kosmet.
