A consultative meeting of representatives of delegates' clubs and the first candidates on the list of parliamentary parties has been planned for 10,00 am in the solemn parlor of Banski Dvor. RS Government suggested to include on the agenda draft laws on change and revoking of 34 laws, among which are also Bill on change of the Law on Government, and draft laws on annulling of laws which had been made by the dismissed parliament.

BANJALUKA - The administrator of an American Agency for International Development Brian Etwood confirmed in Banjaluka in talks with RS president Biljana Plavsic determination of this agency to help realisation of smaller projects in RS. After talks behind the closed door Plavsic stated that it has been a "useful meeting" and reminded that the American Agency had been operating in these regions before and it would increase its activity at that time, because, as she put it, "now it has for a conversationalist the new, competent RS Government". Etwood said that aim of his visit was full support to the new RS Government, which "cares for life of the ordinary people and implements the Dayton Peace Agreement".

NOVI SAD - RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik announced in an interview for "Nedeljni Dnevnik" from Novi Sad that the new Government would break off the practice of making personnel policies on the base of party affiliation and give priority to experts and capable leaders. "Those who are on their positions for the sake of party obedience will have to leave from those positions" - warned Dodik and added that his cabinet would undertake concrete moves in renewal and development of RS, in which they would have support of the international community.

SARAJEVO - NATO Secretary General Javier Solana came to Sarajevo, where he will talk with members of B&H Presidency and leaders of the opposition - reported NATO Information Service. In the announcement it is said that Solana will talk also with the Deputy High Representative of International Community Hans Schumacher, representatives of international agencies in B&H and SFOR commander American General Eric Schinseky.

AMSTERDAM - In an announcement " Military Toxic Project" a Norwegian branch of the International Taic Foundation claims that in attacks against Republika Srpska (RS) NATO used ammunition with radio-active contents of weaken uranium, and use of these projectiles has been officially confirmed in western military circles already on December 25 1995. The weaken uranium is refuse from nuclear energy power plants and represents the highly poisonous and toxic material, after an explosion it convey itself into the atmosphere and its particles can fly for miles, together with dust and wind. In organism it enters by breathing, food and through an open wound and it stays there active for years, usually causing lung and kidney cancer. It causes genetic changes in unproductive organs and birth of defect children.

BELGRADE - The president of Serbian National Party in Zagreb Milan Djukic warned in a statement for tomorrow's "Daily Telegraph" ("Dnevni Telegraf") that "each day 30 Serbian families are moving from Croatia to FR Yugoslavia (FRY)". Djukic explained that Croatian Government "has intention to induce exile of Serbs from Croatia by a special Decree on rent of apartments in state property in the region of Srem and Baranja".

BRUSSELS - World's Parliament of Serbs assessed that scenario of NATO on sending troops to Kosmet, which is technically ready and anticipates commitment of 30,000 soldiers under American command, taking as a model IFOR and SFOR, is, in political sense - preventive diplomacy. The Parliament warns in the announcement that an Albanian terroristic organisation " Liberation Army of Kosovo" threatens to turn Kosovo into a focus of crisis, and that really there is a risk of destabilisation of whole south of the Balkans.

SKOPJE - The president of Democratic Party of Serbs in Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia (BJRM) Dragisa Miletic emphasised that certain Macedonian officials with Kiro Gligorov at the head have started bitter campaign and rude interfering in internal affairs of FRY when cooperation between FRY and BJRM were in a full swing at all levels. Miletic expressed amazement because Gligorov expressed concern for Kosovo and Metohija, but forgot to react on numerous machinations and very difficult situation in his own country. " Gligorov suppressed that in his so-called oasis of peace inter-national tensions were present, which could escalate to horrifying proportions any moment" - warned Miletic.

HAMBURG - Clashes between Muslim and Croats in B&H Federation and antagonistic arguments of their leaders reached, according to assessment of commentators of German " Welt", a climax after comparison in a Muslim paper "Ljiljan" between the Croatian representative in B&H Presidency Kresimir Zubak and Bohemian- Sudetes quisling Conrad Heinlein. Asking a question why are Muslim leaders and "Ljiljan" dealing right now with a quisling character of certain Conrad Heinlein, " over whom a veil of secrecy was already drawn", the commentator of "Welt" finds an answer in a fact that Heinlein, following direct orders of Hitler, asked in 1938 for autonomy of region of Sudetes inhabited by Germans.
