Eanks has sent this invitation in the name of the Austrian Foreign Affairs Minister Wolfgang Schiessel and Austrian Economic Council to, according to him, promote "better economic relationship between two countries." BANJALUKA - The RS Union of Syndicates (SS) has forwarded a request to the National Assembly (NA) and the Government for consistent implementation of the Dayton Agreement with insisting on integrity of RS, legitimacy of the Government, unique police, Army, and information system, i.e. everything that one "Republic makes a Republic". SARAJEVO - The representative in House of Representatives of the Parliament in B&H Federation Srecko Vucina expressed protest because of the international community representatives obstinacy who unauthorizedly and illegally impose their solutions to legal and legitimate elected organs in B&H. In a letter to the president and vice-president of B&H Federation Ejup Ganic and Vladimir Soljic, Vucina demands from them, in accordance with their Constitutional rights and responsibilities, to stop decisions of the international community representatives on flag, license plate and other marks because they are as he said " illegal and unauthorised". SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik received in farewell visit the political director of OSCE Vladimir Kuznietsov, the Russian diplomat who before leaving this duty and departure to his homeland wished for all citizens of RS and B&H permanent peace, better life and good health. "The year which I have spent in RS and B&H is important for me, because I have learnt and understood much, and most essential is that I have got to like the people of this country more" - said Kuznietsov. BIJELJINA - The head of General Staff of RS Army general major Pero Colic stated in Bijeljina that VRS in last year performed its tasks, surmounting all obstacles on its way - political, economic and material. BANJA LUKA - The Defence Minister in RS Government colonel general Manojlo Milovanovic confirmed in Banja Luka that this ministry "is the first in which, in accordance with operative plan of RS Government, performed taking over the duties." After signing a record on transfer general Manojlo Milovanovic expressed his pleasure because " of this agreement and nobody has not left his position from previous Ministry and that means that complete ministry will go under his command." BRCKO - The Internal Affairs Minister of RS Milovan Stankovic after the first work meeting with inspectors of the police station in Ugljevik, Lopare, Bijeljina, Brcko, Pelagicevo and Samac which are under jurisdiction of CJB in Brcko announced for the next week forming of a Cabinet and equalising of police uniforms through all region of RS. SRNA unofficially learns that RS police will wear unique uniforms, like uniforms that policemen in Eastern part of RS wears, while uniforms from region of Banjaluka will be worn by cadets. VLASENICA - The regular session of the RS Constitutional Court which is presided by judge Slobodan Kovac is holding in Vlasenica because the president of the Court is absent because of illness. According to president of Municipal Court in Vlasenica Dragan Golijan session is closed for public it is attended by all members of the Court aside from Mijanovic. BANJA LUKA - The European Bank showed the readiness to appear more intensively in RS and to support by credits the development of infrastructure, privatisation of enterprises and development of modern management at our regions - stated in Banja Luka the counsellor of president of RS for economic issues Rajko TOmas. According to the first man of the delegation of European Bank Paul Monory, they talked about "development of private sector, as in the field of financial institutions, so in the field of other enterprises". "We have decided to continue our cooperation and dialogue, as well as screening where and to who to give credits" - said Monory.
