BANJA LUKA - Newly elected president of Government of Republika Srpska /RS/
Milorad Dodik stated last night for SRNA that the government will until
January 30 pass a series of meausres which will secure its normal work.
"The operative plan contains the deadline of time period, which will
essentially solve current situation and unify Republika Srpska more"- said
Dodik.
BANJA LUKA - Newly elected premier of RS Milorad Dodik talked in Banja Luka
last night with the deputy High international representative Hans
Schumacher about transfer of authorities from old on new government. "Prime
minister is a man of action and knows what he wants" - said Schumacher and
added that he has feeling that "Serbian people will soon feel that at the
top of its state has a government which takes care about its problems".
Schumacher reminded that in the former contacts with president of Republika
Srpska Mrs. Plavsic he pointed out on the fact that the transfer of
authorities from old on new government would have to pass in most peaceful
atmosphere. "I fully expect from the former government to give its
documentation, archive and equipment to new government in normal and
responsible way" - explained the deputy High representative.
SARAJEVO - The club of delegates of Serbian Democratic Party /of Serbian
states/ /SDS/ took a stance last night in Pale that the continuation of the
session of National Assembly of RS, which at midnight organised a group of
delegates, "is the violation of Constitution of RS and Rules of Procedure
about the work of National Assembly". In the announcement issued after the
session is precisely stated that "Club of delegates absolutely do
not recognise the puppet, non-people's state, for which decisive
votes gave Moslem delegates". "By recognition of this government would be
cancelled the electoral results for National Assembly and heavily damaged
the vital interests of Serbian people" - is warned in the announcement and
requested from the president of Parliament Dragan Kalinic to schedule the
session in time period on which he was obliged during the break of work of
Assembly.
SARAJEVO - The main board of SDS of Serbian states discussed last night in
Pale "about unprecedented and undemocratic act, contrary to the
parliamentary democracy - phantom election of Government by 25 Serbian and
with help of 17 Moslem delegates". Main Board of SDS in the Proclamation
issued after the session condemn this "undemocratic, unlawful,
unconstitutional and nonpatriotic act, detrimental and catastrophic for
Serbian people in this historic moment". "We support the stances of the
Club of delegates of SDS presented at the Assembly session on January 17
this year. Simultaneously, we reject any similar way of electing
Government" - is stated in the Proclamation.
DOBOJ - The commander of Nordic-Polish brigade of SFOR in Doboj Finnish
general Kari Rimpy, while commenting the current crisis in establishing
executive authorities in RS, stressed that the forces for stabilisation of
peace remain impartial and aside of events. According to him, forming
Government of RS and election the mandator is the political issue which
must be solved by the responsible persons and politicians in RS".
SARAJEVO - The final objective of the Liberation Army of Kosovo /LAK/ is
independent Kosovo and attaching all "Albanian territories" to the mainland
of Albania, which implies all Albanians in one state, stated in the special
interview for "Slobodna Bosna" /free Bosnia/ one of the commanders of that
Albanian paramilitary formation, which conspirative name is Skender.
