BRCKO - The deputy High Representative for B&H Hans Schumacher stated, in Brcko on December 17, that he do not bring into doubt the realisation of double citizenship with FR Yugoslavia for Serbs in Republika Srpska /RS/. "Undoubtedly it is possible on the basis of already existing legislation", stated Schumacher for SRNA after talks with the representative of SO Brcko Borko Reljic.

BRCKO - The deputy High Representative Hans Schumacher warned that the economic aid of international community for Brcko will depend on cooperativeness in implementation of Dayton Agreement and Order of supervisor Robert Farrand on establishing multi-ethnical authorities. "The economic assistance is of a great significance, but implementation of supervisor's orders and electoral results will be best signal for international community to invest its capital", said Schumacher after talks with president of SO Brcko Borko Reljic, adding that Ambassador Farrand enjoys great support of the High Representative.

BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic talked in Banja Luka with special envoy of the Secretary General Kai Eide about the reform of Serbian Police. "In the reform of police of RS is made a significant turn in last two months, since when the great number of policemen is at the training under aegis of UN", said Aide after the farewell reception by president Plavsic.

SARAJEVO - The commander of SFOR US general Eric Shinseki informed the president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik that multi- ethnical troops "started to implement the action of arresting and extraditing persons which Hague tribunal was indicted for war crimes". "I expect that you will do everything that you can do in order to secure that all indicted who are within the borders of B&H are extradited and to prevent all statements and actions which could inflammatory act on the current situation", is said in the Shinseki's letter.

BIJELJINA - The commander of the Third Corps of RS Army lieutenant general Novica Simic assessed in Bijeljina that "the skill of members of Third Corps is very good and that commands and units successfully can perform given combat tasks". In comparison with results of combat training in this year and previous year, general Simic stressed that achieved results are better in estimation of combat readiness and skills of individuals, units and commands.

BELGRADE - Each alliance of the Socialistic Party /SP/ of RS with Serbian Democratic Party or perhaps Serbian Radical Party or perhaps Serbian People's Union would mean recognition of division of Republics, and by that its definitive disappering", stated the president of this party Zivko Radisic for Belgrade's "Blic"/flash/.
