SARAJEVO - The co-presiding in the Council of Ministers Haris Silajdzic thinks that the Bonn Conference was not successful in its entirety, because again was reached the compromise, and, as he stressed, there were enough compromises before. At the press conference in Sarajevo he confirmed that the international community in Bonn explicitly insisted on the Law on citizenship to be adopted on the level of RS and FB&H, on the basis of previous inter-entity agreement.

AMSTERDAM - The Dutch media, without exception, last days are showing overt sympathies and great understanding for nationalism and creating ethnically clear territories in the former Yugoslavia, particularly on Kosovo, but not in B&H. The words multinational and community is not mentioned no more in new comments, because they were substituted by national independence, and the fierce armed actions of Albanians were justified in this part of Serbian state.

BELGRADE - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik and minister of the foreign Affairs of FR Yugoslavia /SRY/ Milan Milutinovic signed in Belgrade the Agreement about the double citizenship. "That is the result of the tendency of the Serbian people in RS to hold the Yugoslavian citizenship, beside B&H and entity's one. By that the Serbs were given the rights same as to Coats from B&H who have also the Croatian citizenship" - stated Mr. Krajisnik after the meeting. Expressing the contentment with the signed Agreement he said that it was the debt towards the Serbian people in B&H.

BELGRADE - The ministry of the Foreign Affairs of FRY announced that by signing the Agreement on possibility of gaining the citizenship of FRY and B&H "Yugoslavia gave the additional contribution and confirmed its support for implementation of Dayton agreement". "By concluding this agreement FRY confirmed its support to the strengthening peace , stability and good neighbouring relations in the region, making dynamic the comprehensive relations and cooperation of FRY and B&H, as well as protection of interests and right of Serbian and Montenegrin people in B&H" - is explained in the announcement of the Federal Ministry of the Foreign Affairs.

BELGRADE - the RS senator and famous writer Momo Kapor stated in Belgrade that it is not clear to him the Agreement between FRY and B&H, and that "the state officials who signed it must give more detailed explanation what in it means the name Bosnia and Hercegovina". " It is brilliant that our brothers from across the Drina river will be citizens of FR Yugoslavia, but in it is not written that it is signed between RS and FRY, but there appears the phantom not existing name of B&h. I would not be happy to share the citizenship with those who until yesterday were killing us and destroying old Yugoslavia" - said Kapor.

SARAJEVO - The past early parliamentary elections in RS were marked with the numerous irregularities, because PEC and OSCE did not respect their own rules accepting even 17.357 votes from abroad without valid documentation, by which the Serbian parties were damaged for two delegate seats. This was concluded at the press conference of REC and member of PEC from RS in Pale on the occasion of the yesterday's session of PEC, at which the representatives of RS did not sign the technical certification of electoral results.

BELGRADE - The spokesman of the High Representative of international community to B&H Duncan Boulivant concluded that "Kosovo is not a problem of the Council for implementation of peace in B&H but inner problem of Serbia". In an interview for "Vecernje novosti" /evening news/ he assessed that Yugoslavian delegation "by leaving the Bonn Conference made more damage to itself than it was useful". "More times during the meeting was stressed that international community is looking on Kosovo from the position of providing aid, and not interfering into the internal problems" - explained Boulivant.

PRISTINA - The premature leaving of the RS and Yugoslavian delegations from the Bonn Conference, the phantom "government of Republic of Kosovo" characterised as the "guest critical for Serbs", and the reactions of the Albanian parties and individuals were reduced on the condemnation of Serbs and Serbia along already known gratitude to Germany. According the assessment of Albanian separatists, "the pressures, conditioning and sanctions are the only means which have to be applied in solving this issue", because, as the secessionist leaders are explaining, Belgrade and, as they say "Serbian minority in Pale and Banja Luka do not know for another language".

SARAJEVO - The member of the Committee of judges of FRY Yugoslavia /FRY/ Ilija Simic reminded in the statement for "Politika" /politics/ that Moslem news all guilt for crimes against Serbs are attributing to the embers of the alleged paramilitary formations of Musan Topalovic Caco, forgetting that he was the commander of the tenth mountain brigade of the Moslem Army of B&H. MUNCHEN - The German magazine "Fokus" writes in the newest issue that about 30 German soldiers during the peace mission in Croatia in the autumn of 1996 in Trogir were shouting the Nazi saluting "Zig Heil" and "Heil Hitler" - reports DPA. "Fokus" calls upon the USA officer who attended this incident, and was also confirmed by one German officer. The senior members of the German "Bundeswer", who also were in the Officer Home in Trogir, did not do anything to prevent the incident.

SKOPJE - The minister of Defence of BRJM Lazar Kitanovski stressed that at the session of the parliamentary Commission for internal policy and defence that BRJM has two borders which are not secure - towards Albania and FRY. He thinks that still there exist the danger that riots from B&H over Sandzak and Kosovo could be transferred to BRJM. "Kitanovski gave the incomprehensible and difficult qualifications about the status on the Yugoslavian-BRJM border" - stated for SRNA the president of Democratic Party of SErbs /DPS/ in BRJM Dragisa Miletic claiming that is "the most stable border on which no any incident occurred". "FRY is the only neighbour who recognised BRJM, so is the most strange his irresponsible and amateur statement of Kitanovski. His stance reminds on 1991 and sharping the relations between FRY and BRJM" - said Miletic and warned that "Serbs in BRJM are not equal citizens still".
