"As all other representatives of international community, Mr. Pike was mostly interested for implementation of Dayton agreement in military and civil part, as well as the reconstruction of RS police" - stressed president Plavsic after meeting and added that she expects good cooperation of RS and SFOR.SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik pointed out, in yesterday's talks with ministers of Foreign Affairs of Germany and France Klaus Kinkel and Hubert Vedrine, on the significance of balanced approach to allocation of international aid as well as the attempts of revision of Dayton Agreement. In the announcement from the Cabinet of the president Krajisnik forwarded to SRNA is stated that the ministers Kinkel and Vedrine stressed "the commitment of their countries for full implementation of Dayton Agreement". According to the allegations in announcement, in talks were exchanged opinions on previous results in implementation of Peace Agreement, as well as about activities in the next period including the matters for Bonn Conference, scheduled for December 9 and 10. SARAJEVO - The German and French ministers of Foreign Affairs Klaus Kinkel and Hubert Vedrine warned last night in Sarajevo that international community will stop all aid for B&H if authorities of RS and Federation FB&H /FB&H/ would not implement the provisions of Dayton Agreement. At the reception organised for diplomatic corps in B&H and officials of RS and FB&H in the hotel "Holiday Inn" Kinkel called all responsible persons to participate in this process and cooperate with international community, in order to enable return of refugees and joint life in FB&H and establish the cooperation with Hague Tribunal. VIENNA - In Vienna have to be finished counting and packing of ballots from abroad /in absentia/ of past parliamentary elections for National Assembly of RS, which, as planned, will be transported by special aeroplane to processing Centre in Serbian Sarajevo. SARAJEVO - The Executive Board /GO/ of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ authorised the Presidency of this party to start the negotiations with Serbian Radical Party and Socialistic Party of RS on establishing the parliamentary majority in the future republican Parliament and forming the RS Government. At the session of GO SDS, held yesterday in Pale, was concluded that "all municipal boards immediately should conduct the analysis of the preliminary electoral results for National Assembly of RS and factors which influenced on them and forward the written information to the presidency of the party. SARAJEVO - The Finance minister of Republika Srpska /RS/ Drago Simic assessed today in Pale as unfounded the data of the Staff of seceded MUP /Ministry of Internal Affairs/ from Banja Luka about alleged unrestricted expenditure of budget resources of Republika Srpska, and the demands for interruption of all financial payments towards the Payment operations department in Sokolac as the call for break down of the state. BELGRADE - Although at the beginning of this week press announced that the special American envoy for Balkans Robert Gelbard, in the framework of his Balkans tour, on Monday December 8 will arrive to Belgrade, that visit will occur, nevertheless - was confirmed for SRNA in the Informational service of the U.S.A. embassy in Belgrade. SARAJEVO - The head of the General Staff of Army of B&H general Rasim Delic stated last night for SRNA that including RS Army /VRS/ into the programme "Equip and train" would be of the great significance for implementation of the Dayton Agreement. "Of course, that is the matter of the structures of the authorities of RS and VRS, but it is certain that it would be significant matter to include VRS into the programme according to the same standards and principles as with Federal Army" - said Delic. While answering at the question whether the entering Serbian Army into this programme will mean the establishing joint command of VRS and B&H Army, he emphasised that "it is too early to talk about that, but it would be thought about approaching the military structures in the region of B&H". SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of the Foreign Affairs of Herzegovina- Neretva canton Sefkija Dziho accused Croatia representatives for obstruction and stoppage of the process of establishing joint Cantonal police - reports Moslem radio in Sarajevo.
