In Novi Grad voted 80%, in Pale 10,649 or 62%, in Serbian Ilidza 8,075 or 81%, Doboj 32,260 or 70,2%, Mrkonjic Grad 8,500 or 52%, Sipovo 7,048 or 60% of voters. On 14 of total 16 polling stations of the municipality Trebinje voted 12,566 citizens or 63%, in the municipality Gacko 72%, Visegrad 9,545 or 89.89%. According to the incomplete data in the region of the city Banja Luka voted 69,572 or 61%, in the municipality Laktasi 12,724 voters or 67%, and in the municipality Celinac 6,352 voters or 58% of electorate. In Prijedor voted 66%, Serbian Novo Sarajevo 4,321 or 78,43%, Rudo 3,461 or 56%, and Rogatica 6,474 voters or 72%, while on 11 polling stations in Knezevo municipality voted 5,222 voters or 56% of electorate.SARAJEVO - The president of the Republican Electoral Commission /REC/ Petko Cancar stated for SRNA that until 13,00 h on the municipal elections came out between 55 and 60% out of total 830,000 voters registered in the final voters list in RS. He mentioned that it is extraordinary good situation with the turnout of voters on the polling stations in Banja Luka, Doboj, Zvornik and some other places in RS. Commenting the certain problems which has arisen in Brcko, Rogatica and Srpski Brod, he said that about everything the last word will say PEC (Provisional Electoral Commission), which member is the representative of RS Slobodan Kovac. According to him, on the polling station Stjenice -911 in Rogatica municipality problems appeared when the busses with voters from Federation B&H arrived, because they were not registered. BRCKO - On the 20 polling stations in Brcko municipality until 14,00 h voted 19,858 voters or 60% of electorate, out of which 1,676 voted on uncertified ballots. On the polling station in Brod, reserved for voting the citizens from Federation B&H which number is not precise, voted 3,520 persons. BRCKO - On the requirement of OSCE, in Brcko was replaced the Electoral Board on the electoral place 720 in the primary school "Tamara Begovic" for absentee voting, and yesterday's results were cancelled. As SRNA learns, replacement occurred because the 3,270 citizens, which complaints were refused, voted yesterday, although to the rules of OSCE they can do it only in the municipalities of Federation B&H in which they lived before 1991 BRCKO - on the polling station number 1 in Krepsic, Brcko municipality, from OSCE in Sarajevo came the list of 463 voters, which could vote until 12 o'clock on the station. This polling station, after that, will be relocated in the settlement Gorica. BRCKO - The votes on uncertified voting ballots will not be sent to Sarajevo in envelopes, but will be retained and counted in Brcko - stated for SRNA the president of Local Electoral Commission /LEC/ Teodor Gavric. Such an compromise is reached last night with the representatives of OSCE, and verified decision of PEC arrived this morning at 08,00 h in the seat of LEC. Gavric called all citizens of Brcko to "come out on elections obligatorily, and in the good atmosphere, after yesterday's chaotic day, elect the local authorities". BRCKO - LEC, the mayor and political parties in Brcko informed PEC that the elections will not be finished, if the irregularities were not eliminated, and the voting is not prolonged until Monday, September 15. In the letter, circulated also to the supervisor Robert Farrand, is cited the series of examples for such conclusion: problem of regularly registered voters missing in the final electoral list, not harmonised general electoral list with the lists on the polling stations, and rejecting the regularly registered citizens to vote on the uncertified ballots. BELGRADE - The Chief of OSCE Office in Belgrade Zivota de Luka stated that yesterday on the municipal elections in RS voted more than 30% of registered voters. De Luka stated for SRNA that in the course of this morning was created big crowd on all polling stations and that in the OSCE Office they expect that total turnout of voters will be over 50%. He stressed that the voting in Belgrade and Serbia is being conducted without any problem. NOVI SAD - On two polling stations in Novi Sad, on which are permanently great crowd of people, threatening with incident, according to Milena Dakic, the president of Electoral Commission, today until 12,00 voted 1,800 refugees, and in the voting lists is registered 7,300 voters. The basic reason for such situation is the great interest and turnout of refugees and by war expelled persons enfranchised to vote, and the extraordinarily complex electoral procedure and supervision of incidents and voting lists. SARAJEVO - In the Dabrobosanska Metropolitan seat in Sokolac didn't want to comment yesterday's denying the right to vote to the Metropolitan Nikolaj, although many agencies are interested for that event. His High Holiness Metropolitan dabrobosanski Mr. Nikolaj could not vote yesterday on the local elections for municipal authorities in RS because, allegedly, he is not on the voting list - it is repeated for SRNA in the Metropolitan seat. BANJA LUKA - The OSCE spokesman Johan Ferheiden,at the press conference in Banja Luka sent a praises to the authorities in RS for providing excellent conditions for holding elections, and yesterday, the first day of voting, no accident happened. Ferheiden accused the "Croatian personnel" because, as he stated, they prevented " 1,000 of displaced Serbs to vote in Drvar", adding that the voting in this place will be prolonged until 22,00 h this evening. The UNHCR Office in Banja Luka informed the journalists that Serbs from Drvar are waiting since yesterday, in the rain and cold to be enabled to vote, and this humanitarian organisation provided them with blankets, tents and lunch-packages. Until now in Drvar voted 587 Serbs. BELGRADE - The general secretary of the Association of Serbs from the pre- war B&H Pero Djurdjevic stated that in Srebrenica and Brcko departured 300 voters from Serbia. Djurdjevic stressed that during registering they informed voters that they have be registered in the place where they didn't live before but they want to live not, in accordance with the rules of PEC. SARAJEVO - In Mostar last night was attacked the joint police patrol composed of one Croat and one Muslim - reported the Radio Sarajevo, while not stating in which part of this divided city this happened. The radio transferred the announcement of federal MUP /ministry of internal affairs/ in Sarajevo, in which is stressed that the "attack performed a group of extremists Croats, lead by certain Dalibor Glavina". PODGORICA - According to the unofficial data of the Commissioner for refugees and displaced persons in Montenegro, on the eight polling stations for local municipal organs in RS and FB&H the turnout of voters is very weak. The first day of elections the great number of regularly registered voters couldn't vote, because they were not in the OSCE lists. PODGORICA - The Yugoslavian minister of justice Zoran Knezevic stated in Danilovgrad that the State Prosecutor of Montenegro /CG/ Vladimir Susovic accused in the Hague Tribunal the Federal minister of Defence Pavle Bulatovic and president of Montenegro Momir Bulatovic.
