BANJA LUKA - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik stated in BAnja Luka that he didn't reach the agreement with the president of RS Biljana Plavsic, because after four hours of talks he went for the consultations "and cheated him and patriarch". Ms. Plavsic didn't come back to tell us what she has decided" - informed Mr. Krajisnik the citizens assembled at the All-Serbian rally in Banja Luka. "Let Ms. Plavsic come out on elections, I will come out too, and let it shown fro whom is people". He called upon the citizens of Banja Luka neither to allow the isolation of Banja Luka not to became the part of the Federation B&H. The Serbian prime minister Gojko Klickovic gave a message that RS is one and indivisible and that Banja Luka belongs to the Serbian people and RS. With the tempestuous approve of several thousand of citizens, Klickovic warned that "nobody has a right to separate our cities and our territory", and said :"This is Serbian land and so will remain, because it is the will of our people, and everybody who has an intention to deal with politics let them come before people and on elections, and that the people's will decide to whom will be given the confidence." The president of the Government stressed that the leadership of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ is not afraid of elections and accept the holding of elections on all levels, but will "not allow anybody else to make voting lists for us and that strange votes from sacks decide about the destiny of Serbian people". The rally was opened by Borivoje Sendic, the vice- president of SDS, stressing that this party is meritorious for creating RS and that it will keep it in the existing borders. The rally is being held on the improvised tribune before the warehouse "Belgrade", without electronic amplifiers, since the police, illegally nominated by president Plavsic has forbidden the access to the terrace of UNICEP, where until now were regularly being held such rallies.

SARAJEVO - The systematic unconstitutional acts of the president of RS Biljana Plavsic has a character of usurpation of authorities and special form of coup d'etat, and because interference of the foreign factors and their military forces represent also the difficult violation of the national and state sovereignty of RS - concluded the members of the RS Senate. "When the president of RS is not ready to respect the Constitution and current laws and not to overcome her constitutional competence,then at least at the extraordinary presidential elections she would have to check whether she has the confidence of the people furthermore" - deem the senators, and remind that "such check Ms. Plavsic request from the National Assembly which in any democratic society always have the greater democratic legitimacy than the president of the state".

SARAJEVO - The SFOR spokesman John Blakely stated that the illegal local police forces in Banja Luka, loyal to the president of RS Biljana Plavsic, competent for keeping peace and order in the city, and that SFOR at the access check-points deployed the additional troops "just in case". According to him, SFOR will on the roads leading to Banja Luka conduct the control of the long guns, while the traffic will be done without disturbing.

BANJA LUKA - The spokesman of the Regional Centre of OSCE in Banja Luka Fabio Gregolet stated that the decision of the police in Banja Luka, nominated by Biljana Plavsic, on ban of holding public pre-electoral rallies is in the opposition with the electoral rules, but "most important is the security of citizens". With the ban of holding rallies didn't agree the IPTF spokesman for the region West Alun Roberts, reminding that about issue talked with the president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik with the UN special envoy Kai Eide and commissioner of IPTF Manfred Zeitner.

BANJA LUKA - Three buses with the participants of the Serbian rally from Hercegovina were prevented to enter into Banja Luka. SFOR set few check- points on the access roads to Banja Luka, and Banja Luka's para-police do not allow to install the sound amplifiers on the square of Krajina for the participants of the rally - learns the Serbian radio.

PRNJAVOR - At the check-point in Drugovici was stopped the 7,000 participants of the rally, blocked by the police of president Biljana Plavsic. Several hundred of citizens have broken the first circle of the check-point, but on the road appeared the members of SFOR. At the region of this and Derventa municipality on the road towards Banja Luka are still waiting 45 buses, and from another directions towards Banja Luka were going another 25 buses, but late because checking on the road by the members of SFOR near Brcko, Derventa, Doboj and other places.

DOBOJ - Between 65.706 voters of the Doboj municipality, registered on the 700 pages of unsettled and uncleared list, was found 2,000 persons with written names and family names, but without ID number, as well as the persons only with name or only family name. About 10,000 of voters Moslems from the part of the Doboj municipality which belonged to the Federation B&H, on the basis of the electoral rules they have no right to be registered not to vote, but nevertheless, the great number of them is in the communicated lists of Local Electoral Commission in Doboj.
