The Conference would help RS to breach the isolation and to get the financial aid it did receive last year, confirmed the chief of the RS Presidential Cabinet, Milos Prica.SARAJEVO - The president in the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, said that there are two armies in B-H - the RS Army and Army of B-H Federation - so the idea of a single army is not acceptable. He stated this at the Standing Military Committee session, held at the Faculty of Elecrtrical Engineering in Lukavica, and added that during the work on the Committee's Rules of Procedure the "most contentious were the issue of the composition of the Standing Committee and issue of chairman". SARAJEVO - The B-H Council of Ministers adopted the quick start package, which was subsequently verified by the B-H Chamber of Peoples and the House of Representatives of the B-H Parliamentarian Assembly. The Council also discussed a possibility of the opening the airports in Banjaluka, Tuzla and Mostar for commercial flights, and concluded that a solution to this issue must be found by Monday, when NATO secretary-general, Javier Solana, should arrive to B-H. "Many things discussed at the meeting were of a grave importance not only for RS and B-H Federation, but for their neighbours, as well", stated the co-president in the Council of ministers, Boro Bosic. SARAJEVO - The B-H Chamber of Peoples adopted a proposal by the Council of Ministers to form a commission to determine the level of custom tariffs. It also verified the Agreement between B-H and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
