After the meeting, the president Plavsic stated that RS wants to continue the traditionally good Czech-Serbian relations, which were established after the World War I when many Serbian intellectuals were educated in Czech Republic, known by old good universities. While expressing the contentment with the meeting with the president of RS, the Ambassador Havlin stressed that in talks was reached a high degree of understanding, and that Czech Republic is interested in the framework of Dayton agreement fully cooperate with the RS government, particularly on the economic plan.SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik received in Pale in the first official visit the Spanish Ambassador to Sarajevo Ricardo Rodriguez. While expressing the contentment because this state will have its diplomat in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/, the president Krajisnik reminded that Spain is very active in implementing the Dayton Agreement. Rodriguez stated after the meeting that during today's first meeting he reminded what Spain has already done during this year on the implementation of the Dayton Agreement, and expressed the conviction that it will do everything on the strengthening the mutual connections. SARAJEVO - The minister for the economic relations with the abroad and foreign trade in the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Branko Stjepanovic talked in Pale with the representatives of the European Monitoring Mission about the economic relations of RS with the Federation of B&H and abroad. "The guests gave priority and expressed the desire to be informed about our trade relations with other states, whether RS wants to establish the trade relations with the Federation of B&H, what has brought to us the Agreement about the special parallel relations with FR Yugoslavia, and what hopes we lie down, related to the Donors conference" - stated the minister Stjepanovic. SARAJEVO - At the session of the Presidency of B&H in the building of the National Museum in Sarajevo the High Representative of the international community Carl Bildt officially gave the duties to his successor Carlos Westendorp. This mini session was attended by the presidents from republika Srpska Momcilo Krajisnik, Federation B&H Kresimir Zubak and Alija Izetbegovic. SARAJEVO - The group of co-presiding of the Council of Ministers of B&H said good-by to the previous high civil representative Carl Bildt, saying thanks for his work on implementation the Dayton Agreement. The co- presiding of the Council of Ministers Boro Bosic assessed after the meeting that the future tasks of this joint body will be the Donors Conference in Brussels, bringing into accordance the laws, particularly the law on passports and citizenship, as well as the definite response about the division of the diplomatic consular agencies, because the first of August is the deadline to finish this job. SARAJEVO - Newly appointed international civil representative in RS and FB&H Carlos Westendorp assessed during the first meeting with the journalists in Sarajevo, that the situation is much better now than it was when Carl Bildt stepped on this duty, and announced that he will work very hard because the time is limited. Westendorp confirmed that his second first deputy will be German, Wagner, and that for the first deputy U.S. offered their help in finding such person. Previous high representative Carl Bildt said that this is only changing the persons, but not the policy because the "document from Sintra is the map for the future". SARAJEVO - The UN spokesman Alexander Ivanko announced at the press conference in Pale that the previous High Representative in RS and FB&H Carl Bildt, who officially gave duty to his successor Carlos Westendorp, will address the public of RS and Federation B&H through media. Ivanko said that Bildt's addressing will be broadcasted by the Serbian radio-television, Sarajevo television and few independent stations, tonight at 20,00 h P.M. The SFOR spokesman, major Chris Raily announced the increased number of the flights of combat aeroplanes, as the part of the military exercise "Joint result", adding that there are no any reasons for being upset. BRCKO - The registration of voters for the September's elections started again in Brcko, along with the stressed attendance of the international monitors in the four registration centres, confirmed the president of the Local electoral commission Teodor Gavric. On the first day of the reiterated opening the registration centres the great crowd was created, but from the Friday, June 20 the process of registering will be conducted more quickly and more simply, when this job will be done by another six centres for registration, which members are temporarily being trained by OSCE. SARAJEVO - The House for human rights of B&H confirmed that on July 9 in Sarajevo will be held the hearing on the occasion of submitted accusation by Sretko Damjanovic, on December 11 last year, against FB&H for violation the human rights. The house for human rights assessed that Damjanovic's accusation is in accordance with Annex 6 of the Dayton Agreement, and on April 11 had decided to accept it, announcing that the verbal hearing could take place in month of July. ROME - The tensions between Moslems and Croats in Mostar is further such that in this city would be inflamed the war in the very moment when the international community leave it, concludes the Roman news "Tempo".
