No statements were given, so reasons for Frowick's visit to Banjaluka are not officially known, but the talks presumably concerned the preparations for the up-coming municipal elections in RS and the B-H Federation, scheduled for September 13 and 14, and the most important phase of which - voters registration.SARAJEVO - The president from RS in B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, held in Pale a closed meeting with the head of Mission of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Paul Monery. The Office director in Brcko, Jessie Banch, informed the local electoral commission that the registration sites would be closed until further notice, justifying this by "continued irregularities found in the voters' documentation". SARAJEVO - OSCE spokesman, David Folly, stated in Pale that the head of the OSCE Mission in Sarajevo, Robert Frowick, decided to close all four registration centres in Brcko in RS, "because of breaches of PEC rules".
