"We had remark that the budget is modest, but as RS last year didn't get the aid from the funds of international community, it was not able to participate equally in it" - said Krajisnik after arriving from Sintra. According to the assessment of the Greece analysts, the U.S. once again succeeded to prove the inability of the Europe in solving the problems in the region. According to the constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Hague's Tribunal, "relevant information" relates to the difficulty of the violation, individual circumstances of the indicted and on the presence of any tough or extenuating circumstances.

HAGUE - The deputy Prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Graham

Blewitt stated that he requested from UN to duplicate the number of employees in the Prosecutor's office of this court. This request was explained by the assertion that 161 official of the Prosecution office can't be able to collect the evidence for new indictments, nor to prepare the trial for 75 indicted for war crimes in the former Yugoslavia.

PARIS - The Europeans and the members of SFOR do not agree with the US programme of arming the Federal Army "Equip and train", because, according to their opinion, "it is unwise to give to Croatian and Moslems 116 howitzers calibre 155 mm, 45 tanks, 46,000 machine guns and 800 armoured vehicles" - writes the Parisian "Liberation". The news asserts that Egypt and United Arabic Emirates will in next days deliver to FB&H 44 armoured vehicles and 42 tanks AMX 30 made in France. Only 15 U.S. combat helicopters were returned to Texas, because, for the moment, Americans do not want to give it to Moslems.
