SRNA learns from Krajisnik's cabinet that "talks were held on tasks connected to the implementation of the special parallel relations between RS and Yugoslavia".WASHINGTON - The co-president of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic, stated for SRNA that he was pleased the contacts he made in the USA and encouraged by efforts taken by the US administration to continue further the implementation of peace and fining solutions to problems in B-H by political means. According to Bosic, thee points were made in the talks with US officials: "endurable peace;d resolving of all problems by political means; support to the constitutional arrangements and solutions provided for in the Dayton agreement, despite omissions and objections by all three parties to the agreement. A common conclusion was that the economic recovery is the most important thing in both B-H Federation and RS, because harmony is possible only with an equal treatment and development of all parts of B-H". SARAJEVO - RS minister for refugees and displaced persons, Ljubisa Vladusic, talked in Pale with the member of the International Crisis Group, Stephen Solaz, about the status of refugees and displaced persons in general. Vladusic informed Solaz of the problems in finding a proper accommodation of refugees and displaced persons, and emphasised the necessity of a larger international support in rebuilding of damaged residential buildings. SARAJEVO - The Main Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) determined final lists of candidates for the municipal elections. The SDS Main Board announced only corrections of lists in several municipalities are left to be done. SARAJEVO - The Supreme Court of Bavaria in Munich made an absolute precedent and breached one of the basic legal rules when decided not to hear defence witnesses in a process against Ninoslav Djajic, a Serb accused of alleged collaboration in crimes of genocide against Muslims in the former B-H, and announced verdict for May 23 at 9:00 hrs. NEW YORK - The US Security Council unanimously refused sending of additional 120 policemen in RS and Federation of B-H, DPA reports. In March, UN Security Council allowed additional 197 policemen and civil observers to be sent to B-H. The additional forces were sought also by high representative Carl Bildt. MADRID - The Spanish Government nominated its ambassador in the UN, Carlos Vestendorpa, Carl Bildt's successor for post of the high representative of the international community, reports AFP.
