He stressed that RS brings new laws for foreign investments, joint ventures and many other, and that the possibility of the cooperation with one big country like China is in the function of realising such orientation. "For this cooperation exist many common elements, before all for cooperation in the field of forestry, agriculture, metal industry, and RS is interested for the energetic capacities too, and for crude oil and oil derivatives" - said Mr. Mirjanic.SARAJEVO - The Government of RS adopted at the session in Pale the bills of laws about changes and amendments of the Law on mining and Law on organisation of urban space, while from the agenda is taken off the Draft law on changes and amendments of administrative taxes. The members of the Government approved the Proposal of the decision on giving the consent for the Rules about the internal organisation and systematisation of jobs in the Ministry of Finance, as well as the Proposal about the determining the common interest for construction in housing for accommodation of refugees and displaced persons in Garca, in the Visegrad municipality. WASHINGTON - Although the official part of the visit of the delegation of Council of Ministers of B&H is practically concluded by the yesterday's meeting with the State Secretary Madeleine Albright, the deputy minister of the Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers Dragan Bozanic will talk in the State Department with the officials of the European group for actions of NATO. The Serbian members of the delegation of Council of Ministers - co- presiding Boro Bosic and Minister Bozanic - will have in the next two days a series of informal meetings and contacts with the representatives of the World Bank and Serbian Diaspora in U.S.A. SARAJEVO - The Laws in RS, which treat the issues of refugees and displaced population, are founded on the Dayton agreement and positive international regulations, and soon will be brought new, which will significantly improve the existing regulations, because it will remove many dilemmas and confusion.This stated the minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons of RS Ljubisa Vladusic, during the meeting in Pale with the chief of Department for Refugees and Humanitarian Affairs in the Office of High Representative Dirk Haselman. The key topic of the talks was the concept of returning of refugees in so called opened cities and legislation in this sphere. SARAJEVO - The minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons talked in Pale with the political adviser in the Checs Embassy Martin Klepetko. As quoted in the announcement from the Cabinet of the minister Vladusic, in the first part of talks minister Vladusic informed Mr. Klepetko about the status and position of the refugees and displaced persons in RS. Mr. Klepetko presented the data that in Checs Republic is temporarily accomodated four to five thousands of refugees from the former B&H, and in the last year around 200 returned back in B&H. BELGRADE - In the association of the authors of Serbia in Belgrade is conferred the Declaration against the genocide against the Serbian people, which, on the Easter this year, was signed by 60 Serbian intellectuals and His High Holiness the Serbian patriarch Mr. Pavle. At the promotion of the Declaration, which was translated on eight world languages, the present persons were addressed by the prince Tomislav Karadjordjevic, stressing that the duty of all is to provide the truth about the genocide against Serbian people, and to declare against genocide in general. SARAJEVO - The irregularities, discovered during the registration of voters for the impending municipal elections in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/, could lead to the possibility that a part of voters could stay without their voting right, warned OSCE.
