President Krajisnik thanked Ostlander for his interest for the current situation in RS and Federation. Ostlander said talks were interesting and "beneficial for people in B-H".SARAJEVO - OHR spokesman, Colum Murphy, stated in Sarajevo that the donors conference for B-H was delayed again due to lack of political interest in this country, reports DPA. "Without substantial progress in the Council of Ministers, without adoption of a package of main laws for B-H, there will be no donors conference upon which the further financing of the B-H reconstruction is dependent", explained Murphy. GRADISKA - Holy Liturgy was held in church in Gradiska in memory for all soldiers and civilians from the Republic of the Sprska Krajina missing or killed in Croatian aggression on Western Slavonija on May 1 and 2, 1995. SARAJEVO - The municipal elections in RS and B-H Federation will be held on September 14 and 15 and they will not represent an opportunity for citizens to visit their former places of living, stated OSCE spokesman in Sarajevo, David Foly.
