Members of both chambers of the Parliamentarian Assembly, who met for the second time since the formation of the chambers, named commissions for constitutional an legal issues, international and foreign affairs, for foreign trade and customs, and for finances and budget. Representatives from Republika Srpska (RS) and Federation of B-H, elected Commission for human rights, migrations, refugees and asylum seekers, and Commission for transport and communications, administration and verification.SARAJEVO - The Chamber of Representatives of the Parliamentarian Assembly of B-H elected six of nine judges of the B-H Constitutional Court. Four members of the Constitutional Court were proposed by the B-H Parliament, two by the National Assembly of RS, while the remaining three will be subsequently named by the chair of the European Court for Human Rights. Judges of the Constitutional Court from RS are Marko Arsovic, Vitomir Popovic, and judges from the B-H Federation are Kasim Begic, Ismet Datubasic, Mirko Zovko and Zvonko Miljko. SARAJEVO - Upon the end of session of the Chamber of Representatives of the Parliamentarian Assembly of B-H, RS deputy and second vice-chairman of the Chamber of Representatives, Slobodan Bijelic, stated that the session as marked by the creation of the Chamber of Representatives. "We elected working groups and commissions, named delegations into European institutions, attended the signing of the statements by judges of the B-H Constitution Court, and initialled the issue of the status of deputies in both chambers of the Parliamentarian Assembly", stated Bijelic. BEOGRAD- The president from RS in the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, assessed as unacceptable behaviour of the Presidency chair, Alija Izetbegovic, categorically rejecting his accusations specified in a letter forwarded to the Contact Group, according to which RS is to be blamed for the difficulties in the implementation of the Dayton agreement. The best evidence of the violation of the Dayton agreement is behaviour of Alija Izetbegovic who, without consent of other two Presidency members, gave his unacceptable views and inaccurate evaluations of the implementation of the Agreement, concluded Krajisnik in an interview for the Belgrade's paper "NIN". SARAJEVO - The RS vice-premier for internal policy and minister of local administration, Ostoja Kremenovic, talked in Pale with a delegation of the European network for training of the organisations for local and regional administration (ENTO) on finding appropriate models for the local communities into the system of the local administration in RS. As vice-premier Kremenovic said, Government and Ministry for administration and local administration developed a substantial cooperation in the recent months with bodies of the Council of Europe and OSCE and in creation of basic conditions for development of a new system of the local administration in RS. SARAJEVO - SFOR spokesman , major Dominik Evans, confirmed at a press conference in Pale that the multinational forces and Federal police conducted an investigation into incident in which an unidentified person opened fire last night at the Jewish cemetery in Sarajevo. "German military police arrived at the scene after local police reported the incident, but failed to arrest the person who opened fire", stated Evans. BRCKO - The arrival of a group of Muslim to Brcko, on May 1, cannot be seen as freedom of movement but a provocation which is likely to cause incidents which are not necessary for this city, stated the Brcko mayor, Miodrag Pajic. He hopes SFOR and IPTF will prevent this political act which undermines the peace process in Brcko. BANJALUKA - OSCE formed the Media Experts Sub-Commission which will follow the work of media in the preelection and election campaign in RS and Federation of B-H. The RS Ministry of information proposed Miro Mladjenovic and Janko Velimirovic, the Association of Journalists of RS proposed Milos Solaja, and Association of Independent Journalists proposed Spasoje Perovic for members of the Sub-Commission. SARAJEVO - The RS Government, Agency for Privatisation and Development, and British Embassy in Sarajevo, organised a workshop in Pale on privatisation and enterprises' reforms.
