Because extraordinary efforts in providing humanitarian aid for the Serbian people in RS during the war, president Plavsic decorated representatives of Circle of Serbian Sisters from Pristina, Niksic, Stara Pazova and Banjaluka with Mercy Cross Decorations.SARAJEVO - The RS president in the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajsinik, talked in Pale with president of the US Congress Foreign Policy, Armed forces and Intelligence Committee, Charles Rob, on the international community's role in B-H. After the meeting Krajisnik said Mr. Rob is expected to present the Serb view of stabilisation of peace in the Balkans to the US Congress. BIJELJINA - The RS prime minister, Gojko Klickovic, stated on March 28 in Bijeljina that by April 10 the unified guidelines for customs procedures would be issued in RS and FR Yugoslavia, which means they would be united and linked into a single computer system. SARAJEVO - The RS prime minister, Gojko Klickovic, assessed the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS ad FRY as a foundation of the economic cooperation and an introduction in dealing with a wide scope of issues. "Conditions for an unified market, a single currency, i.e. payment operations have been met", stated Klickovic. HAMBURG - The causes of conflict in B-H can be lessened for a while, but the Dayton agreement has not resolved the basic interest differences between RS and the Federation of B-H, believes Mari Jeanin Kalic, the author of several books about wars in the former Yugoslavia. While reminding her readers that never in the history there has been known an example of peace maintenance against the will of beleaguers, Kalic says that the common life in RS and Federation has no future. BERLIN - The ITN brought criminal charges against a British journalist Philip Nightly, who unveiled the hoax in the alleged story of Muslim inmates in alleged concentration camp in Trnopolje. In its reaction to the accusation, Nightly categorically stated that Trnopolje cannot be mentioned as a concentration camp but only as a collective centre for Muslim refugees.
